I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.
Such a bright happy design which could be used for birthday, thank you, retirement or just because.
