Printed on good quality photo paper cut out and layered with foam tape onto a backing cup890051_43136 then onto a blank card I then added a bow insert and gift card to complete this stunning design.
I printed decoupage sheets, then cut all elements out with craft knife, then stuck all the elements down with sticky pads
