I printed this gorgeous kit out on to a combination of smooth card and photo paper, I also made an extra small topper.
The main topper, insert and two small toppers were attached to a white 8 x 8 card. The shaped decoupage was then added using pin flair glue.
I also added an extra hat to the decoupage layers too.
