Flowers for You Mini KitCompleted by Jayne Taplin

I printed the topper onto good quality satin card and decoupage paper. I used my Scan n Cut to cut out the decoupage layers then attached them with 3D foam pads. The topper was mounted onto purple card stock then attached to an 8x8 white blank card.

I used Spectrum Sparkles on the tulips and attached a gem to the bow to complete the card. Love this image.
