This very pretty topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for layering. I added some self adhesive stones for sparkle.
This is very cute with lots of detail that will work well with an adult or child. All the animals and flowers are decoupaged with quite a few layers, i have used a pink trim around the edges. also a matching insert and i have decoupaged the butterfly.
