A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment

Printed design onto matte photo paper, attached main image to scalloped card with dst. Added name and sentiment to layers before printing and attached with foam pads. Finished with some crystal hearts.
