I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. To finish off the card I cut out the Happy Birthday greeting which I affixed using foam dots to the top of the card.
This design is super easy to make as the pieces are large and not intricate therefore suitable for beginner crafters. It is a very lovable card which is sure to bring back many childhood memories.
sheets printed on quality matt paper and then all elements cut out, onto a base card i matted some dark burgundy card, the main image i matted gold card this was then stuck onto the based card using foam tape the decoupage was then added using glue gel to add dimension and to finish the card i used glossy accents
