I cropped the picture before I printed on matte card, I wet glued to a matching base card then used foam squares to add the decoupage I used a paint brush to add some glitter glue to give some highlights then I printed the insert and a matching envelope on 100 gsm paper to complete thaen I re printed and made the card with a different sentiment and verse.
