Cute Hippo with Balloons Card Mini Kit: 4 sheets for print with decoupage for 3D effect plus few sentiment tags (for your own personal text)

I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto a scalloped card blank using DST. I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I added the matching insert. I finished with pearls.
Printed on matt photo paper and attached to scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads and added pretty insert. A delightful card in beautiful colours.
A beautiful design
i printed the image on matt photo paper and cut out the elements
i mounted the topper to my card base with double sided tape and added
a satin ribbon bow to finish

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I places the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. As this card was for my granddaughter I type a message on the blank tag and added this to the top of the card. There is a matching insert which I placed inside to finish the card,
