I printed onto 190gsm mat photo paper, cut out all elements, mounted the topper to a white scalloped card using DST, added the decoupage using Foam sticky pads, finished off with Pink Faux Pearls, Silver Boarders and a Touch of Glitter.

There are two choices of mats one with wording and another plain I chose the plain and typed Happy Birthday onto it
