Animals Stepping Out - OwlCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

Reduced the file sizes to fit a 6" card, then printed on matte photo paper. Attached the insert to the card inside right with dst and the mat with the owl and background to the card front.

Used a craft knife to remove the center square portion of the main topper, except for the leaves in the upper right that were hanging over the opening. Attached to the card with thin foam pads.

Cut out an owl, shaped the body very round, and attached with silicone gel so the right wing was nearly flat, the body was very dimensional, and the left wing was raised up a bit. Cut another left wing from the owls provided and attached it to the body, very flat, and raised the rest of the wing up a bit more.

Used silicone gel for larger pieces and Pinflair glue for tiny pieces to attach the sentiment (which I'd typed onto one of the provided banners), the brass owls, and the leaves in the clusters, creating lots of dimension. Absolutely wonderful design!
