Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper, gift card and elements and the inside verse. On an 8 x 8 scalloped card I placed a backing card cup885593_43136 then put topper on using DST. Then added decoupage and cartouche using foam pads.
I then put the insert verse inside using DST. Then placed my normal bling around the inner and outer edge.
