I downloaded onto 200grm photo paper and cut out all the elements. I glued blue paper to a card blank approximately 8x8 using roller tape adhesive. Glued the card front onto the blank at an angle, then glued in the insert.
Attached the element layers and sentiment using 2mm thick foam adhesive pads.
