I printed the design onto good quality 200gsm photographic paper and the insert onto 160gsm paper and cut these out.

I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the front of the card using double sided tape.

I then attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I added the food bowl using thin foam tape.

There is an extra topper with no greeting on it so I added made this into a card also and added some of the extra elements to finish and I will add a greeting from my craft box when I use the card.

Excellent value for money.
