I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I made a matching Red mat with a wave pattern all around and attached the main design on to it.

I attached them both to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card using Double sided tape.

Wonderful and such a Adorable design I LOVE this one! I attached the Decoupage on using Sticky pads. I added Pearls to the card. A quick and easy Stunning and Cute design that turned in to a Gorgeous and Adorable card that I really LOVE and Recommend to all of you!
