I printed the design onto good quality 280gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the card where indicated. I added the panel to the topper and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the topper to the front of the card on the one side only using thin foam tape. Beautiful card when finished and it will fit into a 6 x 6 envelope.
