Make a WishCompleted by Witch Is Art

I used a Dark Purple 13 x 13 cm Card. I cut the outer border off then used a Co-Ordinating Dark Pink Cardstock background on the Dark Purple Card then I glued down the Topper with PVA Glue.

I used 3mm double sided foam tape on all the Decoupage parts that i had cut out.

I used the 'Have An Awesome Birthday' Sentiment. I then used 2mm Pearlised Flat Backs on each corner of the Card and on the Purple Border where the Purple Bow is. I printed out on 210gsm White Matte Board.

I totally love this card it is bright and any dog lover would appreciate this Card.
