I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added a bow and a pearl button. A sentiment can be added if required. The most gorgeous design, suitable for many occasions.

I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto coordinating card before adding to a white card blank using DST.
I added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with pearls.
Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
There is a matching insert which I placed inside.
I then added Happy Birthday and placed the remaining sentiments inside the cello bag so that my customer has a choice.
