It's a Dogs Life Mini Kit
This kit has 4 sheets, Main topper , Decoupage, 2 inserts one blank & one with a Mother's Day Verse, cut & fold gift cards, gift tags, & sentiment tiles.

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper and the Insert. I used Foam Pads to attach the Decoupage. I Stuck a Pink Bow on top corner. I scored and folded the Gift Card.
This is an amazing design, I like the cut and fold gift tag. Makes into an extra special card.
Print design on good quality inkjet paper. Cut out all the elements and layered onto scalloped card with DST. Decoupage design with sticky dots. Round design off with some glitter.
This cute card was printed out onto gloss photo paper then using 3d pads to attach to the card and added sentiments.
