A truly British bulldog! Ha ha! I've printed onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the Elements. The inserprinted on 90gsm plain paper. I've matted a 7x7 inch card blank with some blue faded paper with pictures of the British monarchy and then added the base topper with wet glue. The decoupage elements were added with silicon glue as was the sentiment and some shabby vintage bunting. The tag was glued to the same weight card, scored and folded. The insert was added , cut with a 1.5 cm border, using double sided tape.
