I made the main sentiment a little bigger before I printed on matte card, I wet glued the picture to a matching base card then used foam squares to add the decoupage, applied gold glitter glue with a paint brush on the frames, gems and opal on the waterfall and Glossy Accents on the gems.

I printed the insert and a matching envelope on 100 gsm paper to complete.
