best wishes, with love, just for you, to my friend, thank you,
This lovely mini kit makes an 8x8 square topper with decoupage, greetings, a blank greetings tile, two gift tag toppers and a matching insert.

i cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a light orange mat and thena black card front. I added gold peel off corners and black rhinestones. Lastly some glitter to accent the flowers. this design really pops with the colours the designer used.
