A lovely design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layers with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment

I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Gold Mirri card with d/s tape and attached to a White card base, lined with a Paper.
The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads.
To finish I added a Greeting Tag and the Matching Insert inside.
