Blue PomeranienCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out. I glued the design on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card. I attached the Decoupage on using Sticky pads. I Punched out matching Blue hearts and glued them to the card.

A quick and easy Stunning and Cute design that will be used time and time again I really Recommend this design to all of you!

It turned in to a Gorgeous and Adorable card that I LOVE! Enjoy your crafting! xxx
