I printed on matte card printing the picture twice more.

I wet glued the picture to a matching base card, with the wave border, I cut out the dog from one of the pictures and used the frame from the same picture as the first layer of decoupage, from the other print I cut out the dogs head and muzzle, using foam squares to add the decoupage, I used a mint/silver mix glitter on the waves and on the edges of the frame and sentiment then finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes.

I really dont think that this photo does just to the finished card.
