I love this image! It was such an easy card to make. I printed the image onto good quality card and decoupage paper. I used 3D foam pads to decoupage the layers and greeting and attached the topper to a blank 8x8" card.

I then added glossy accents to the eyes and nose of the dog to make them shine and glitter onto the flowers to add some sparkle.

I then printed the insert to complete the card.
