A mini kit to make a special card with 3D decoupage (designed for 8x8 cards, but can be reduced in size). It features cute cats with a present and balloon. The design is in bright colours and suitable for both adults and children.
Includes main topper, decoupage layers and a wide range of sentiments. I have also provided a choice of co-ordinating inserts and a gift tag. A little tag for the back of your card has also been provided for that finishing touch. Thanks for looking. Toni x
