The Cat & the BirdCompleted by Rosina Walker

I took a 8x8 card,i then cut some blue/white stripe backing paper,mounting it to the card,i then printed this image onto decoupage paper,mounted the main image to my card,decoupaged up the center panel,added the text,and with the smaller image i made a gift card.
