Very quick and easy to make. Fold an A4 card in half. Stick the card panel to the front of the card. Cut away the right edge, to create a curved shape front. Attach the insert. Add the topper, pyramage, sentiment tag and your own embellishments.

Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and followed the instructions using foam pads for the decoupage and pva glue to attach the insert and front section to the card.
This is a gorgeous design.
I printed onto quality glossy photo paper then cut out all the elements,I added the base design to a bank card and cut to shape the added the decoupage with thin foam pads,I finished with a double bow to the top,Who could resist that pretty little face.
