Royal Blue Kitty Decoupage Mini Kit

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added some glitter to the crown to complete this gorgeous card.
