This very cute birthday topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for the layers and sentiment.
Printed out two copies of the base image. I attached one copy to a blue gift bag using d.s. tape. The using the second copy and a 6 x 6 scallop edge card I folded the card into an easel and attached the base image to the bottom part of the easel using d.s. tape. I then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. I placed the insert inside the easel card, added a Post It Note and Pen and added a small image to the gift bag using a ball chain.
