I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added a bow and two sentiment tags. A gorgeous design.

Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto texture aqua card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around the edge. Added a touch of glitter, faux gems and added greeting.
