Reduced the size for a 5 1/2" card, allowing for a border, then printed on matte photo paper (I only printed one of the extra decoupage sheets).

Layered the topper with dst onto two stash papers, added a paper lace border along the spine and a die-cut "hello". Added several decoupage layers with silicone gel. These sweet little tabbies just want to say "hello"--such a pretty and adorable design :-)
