This is a most effective and very simple card to make. I printed the design onto good quality white card, cut out all the elements and assembled the card using spongy dots.

I cut the edge of the card and the mat using a fancy blade in the paper cutter then mounted the topper onto the light green mat.

Finally, I added gold edging to all the dividing lines to add 'a touch of (cat) class'!
