Blue-eyed Siamese CatsCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this lovely image onto decoupage paper,mounted the main image to an 8x8 scalloped card,then decoupaged up the flowers,i added a dot of blue glitter into the eyes of the cat ,to give them a twinkle,also added gold glitter to the center of the flowers.
