I resized to a 7x5 card then printed on matte card twice, from the second print I cut out the center picture and ribbon bands and used as the first decoupage layer using foam squares.
I gave some highlights with glitter paint and Glossy Accents on the eyes.
I printed an insert and envelope to match on 100gsm paper to complete.
