I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a square cream shimmer card I attached a piece of patterned paper, trimmed with decorative scissors, around the spine and partially onto the back and front.

Then I matted the image over this, as shown. I added the blank tag with peel-off letters on it and finally placed some faux gems here and there. This lovely vintage design could be used for a number of different occasions.
