The design was printed on quality cardstock and the decoupage was done with foam pads. The card front was attached, with double sided tape, to a white card. The beautiful, vibrant colour combination enhances this gorgeous card.
The first layer of decoupage makes the parakeet look like it is framed and adds amazing depth to the card.
