Owl-star Mini KitCompleted by Debbie Knechtel

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a pale blue mat, then a turquoise mat and lastly a black card front. I added some silver peel offs, some clear rhinestones and some star rhinestones. I used a tag from a previous sheet.
