Such a cute card. Design downloaded onto 216gsm matt cardstock, Cut decoupage pieces out and layered up with foam pads, finished topper applied to 7x7 card, and few gems added.
Perfet as it is, and includes insert.

I printed onto 190gsm matte photo paper, cut out all elements, mounted the main topper onto an 8x8 white card using DST, added the decoupage using foam pads, finished off with gold peel off stickers and a touch of glitter.
