Dramatic design but easy to make. I printed onto 160gsm card and cut out. I attached the main picture to the front of an 8x8 card using double sided tape. I built up the decoupage using 3D foam pads and added a sentiment in the same way.

I attached the matching insert inside using double sided tape.
