The design was printed on quality cardstock and the decoupage was done with foam pads. The card front was attached, with double sided tape, to a light blue matte and then to a white card.
There are a lot of decoupage pieces in this kit!
If you like a lot of depth to your cards, you can use all of them (I did!!). For mailing purposes or personal preference, please know that this design is also gorgeous with just one or two layers.
I personally like the contrast of the soft muted background colours and the deep blue parrot. This is a lovely card which can be used for many various occasions.
