I printed onto matte photo paper, cut out all of the elements and following the layout of the pre-designed topper i added the layers, some flat and some with 3d foam pads.

I attached the insert, used glue gel for the decoupage elements and finished with white pearls.

What a fabulous idea! The pre-designed topper can then be used as a flat card which is great for postage and makes this kit excellent value.
