Merry & Bright Pop Up Box Kit #2

I printed the box onto 200gsm white card and and fed it back through the printer to print the backing paper onto the back and then cut the base out.

I printed the pop up elements onto 280gsm photographic paper and cut these out.

I assembled the box following the instructions with the design. I added the panels and the decoupage to the box using thin foam tape. I added the crossbars using strong double sided tape to each of the tabs and then adhering these to the inside of the box.

I cut out all the elements and attached these to strips of acetate and then attached the acetate to the crossbars using strong double sided tape.

This gives the impression that the elements are floating in the box. This card will fold flat and fit into a 7 x 7 envelope for posting.
