Love these 'chic' ladies. Printed, cut out and attached base to my blank card.

Attached layers with silicone glue using a little more on the bottom of skirt than the top to make the skirt stand out and look fuller, added a tiny black organza bow to back of lady's waist.

Added a black glitter peel off greeting to the blank greeting supplied. This makes a lovely card.
