Garden Party Small Keepsake BoxCompleted by Mary Brunton Handmade Cards

I printed the images on to satin photo paper. I attached the 2 base images and main lid images to 400gsm white card using DST. I attached the inner base and lid to 400gsm white card using DST.

I cut 4 small and 2 larger pieces of 400gsm card to fit the panels of the box front and back and attached the box front and back images to these using DST.

The box sides were attached to the inner base using a wet glue. The boxes side were joined using a wet glue and the 2 white strips inside the box covered with a complimentary strip of paper.

The box was attached to the main base and the inner lid attached to the main lid using a wet glue.

The decoupage elements were attached to the box and lid using glue gel.
