Communion Girl with Veil Kneeling in Prayer Complete KitCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed the card base onto 250gsm smooth cardstock, decoupage, insert and envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut everything out.I scored the envelope, and made up with DST.

I scored and folded the card base and insert and attached the insert with DST.

I used some of the many decoupage layers and layered the first layer with 2mm foam, the rest with glue gel.

I added gold wink of stella to the waist ribbon and bow and shoes bows. I used clear wink of Stella to highlight the cross and the suns rays and give a pretty shine. I attached 2 pale lavender shimmer card candi in one corner and a gold Christian symbol.

This is a 5x7 design and makes a lovely card for a girls first Holy Communion.
