I resized and printed the main image of this kit twice, on to glossy photo paper. Attached one copy on to a white 6x6 card using DST, then added the centre and balloons as decoupage using glue gel.

Added a peel off cake and yellow stars for extra decoration.

I used the balloons with happy birthday on them as an insert.
