Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements. I scored and folded the card and insert elements, and used DST to attach both together. Following the instruction I used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I used some crystal Gems and crystal glitter on parts of the card.

I love this design, and makes into a lovely card.
