Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and DST to mount the insert.

I cut out elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a black mat and then a vintage green card front. I added a black paper ribbon on bottom added tag and some glitter dots. I used silver peel offs and glitter on cats face.
